- Click on the image below to download Install package

- When download finished, double-click on the downloaded file icon to install the Application;

- Once installed, start HostelManageware through the shortcut "HostelManageware Demo" in the Start Menu;

- When the dialog box "Seleccione la Base de Datos" appears:
- If you already have a database, select the file in the dialog box and
click OK. This applies when adding more stations to the Application.
You can skip the rest of these instructions;
- If this is the first time you run the Application click Cancel to
generate a new database;
- Click OK in the following message box;
- The Application starts with a limited menu, select Herramientas > Mantenimiento > Nueva Base
de Datos;
- In the Welcome screen click Ingresar without typing a password.In
the following messages click Yes;
- Select the network path where the database will be generated, and a name,
which you must enter into the File Name (Nombre de Archivo) box.
Remember that the folder must have write permissions for all users.

- Click OK. If the build is successful, convert the generated
Database in the active Database by clicking Yes in the message box:
- You must close the application for the changes to take effect;
- In order to set Hostelmanageware into another language, in the menu, select Herramientas > Opciones
- In the Opciones screen, select the tab Idioma
- In the box "Seleccione el Archivo de Idioma", browse for
HWTranslate.lng in the Application install path;
- Select OK in the next dialog boxes. You must save the
changes and restart HostelManageware for the changes to take effect.
You can start working now! You should read the
Instruction Manual, by
selecting it through the
Help Topics menu or the shortcut in the Start
Menu
